- Attention to detail and accuracy essential.

- Test and approve new raw materials

The Person- Science degree or relevant experience (materials/ceramic engineering would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of XRF, XRD, SEM (EDAX) material analysis techniques
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Practical in nature; the role requires manufacture of small batches of cast and pressed materials
- Valid passport (desirable)

Weighbridge Operator (4 Month Temp Contract) - Part Time - Approx. 25-30 hours per week Mon to Fri The Job- Weigh goods in and goods out and check all loads are correct e.g. weight / description
- Notify relavant personnel of arrival of goods, messages, visitors etc.
- Receive and escort deliveries of LPG, Oils, Acid, Borresperse etc. as required
- Maintain a log of all waste leaving site and input deliveries of consumable items using PC
- Operate Weighbridge as a Public Service, collect payments etc
The Person- Reliable, flexible and self-motivated
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
- IT literate with experience of using spreadsheets and databases
- Valid Fork Lift Truck and Driving license
