This brochure gives a general overview of the company, showing our philosophy and introducing the directors and some other key members of staff. It shows the refractory product and refractory mineral ranges we supply, and explores some of the manufacturing capabilities of the company, including new investments in Derbyshire and our new facility in Tianjin, China.

The brochure reviews the strengths of the company as one of the worlds leading producers of clay flux and insulating flux, and our expertise in mullite regenerator refractories, particularly in the rider arches, ports, division walls, target walls and crown. The new brochure gives updated information on DSF CTB, Frimax 7 spinel, Mullite ML31, Forehearth Refractories and Glass Industry Monolithics. Long established products are also presented such as Fused Mullite HF17, Frimul F, Frisil H and the Chemcast Range of ethyl silicate precision cast products.

The brochure reviews the strengths of the company as one of the worlds leading producers of clay flux and insulating flux, and our expertise in mullite regenerator refractories, particularly The brochure shows the capabilities of the company as a supplier of high purity, very high temperature resistant products for the carbon black industry. The new brochure gives information on products for use in tread and carcass reactors including Frimax 7 spinel and DSF 99 pure alumina.

     




DSF produce a wide range of alumino-silicate and special refractories and the company is world renowned in the production of high fired mullites.

The company specialise on manufacturing large and complex shapes, and the production of bricks to tight dimensional tolerances.
