DSF Invest in coaching
Team Leaders, Cell Leaders and Internal Trainers successfully completed a First Line Management (ILM) Coaching Course during 2007. Pictured are: Mark Hotchin, Russ Ferns, Steve Phillips, John Taylor, Rodney Billinge, Larry Birds, Russell Whitehurst, Dan Wilson, Garry Warwick, Ben Tabbenor and Mick Prickett. The aim of the course was to develop the skills of key personnel who work closely with both new and established employees. Coaching is seen as an essential management technique which gives individuals the support and training they require to carry out their role effectively, resulting in motivated and competent employees.
